Willy-O' is a pseudonymous artist and a stranger on this earth. I am a newcomer to Canada and currently reside in Vancouver, British Columbia as a guest.

 

I possess no formal artistic training.

Wandering around and collecting bits of the cosmos is the core of my creative process. Currently, I primarily express myself using found printed material to create mixed-media collages. I seek to create aesthetic enjoyment out of unwanted, discarded objects because I am trying to prove to you that it is possible to turn trash into triumph and refuse into refuge. Ultimately, I aspire to create art that affords the viewer a glimpse of eternity and direct contact with mystery, wonder, and awe.

It is also important to me to provide encouragement to others, to help them explore the structures that make life meaningful, and to reflect together on how these structures can be maintained and further developed for future generations.
